Return & Refund Policy:

World E-Trade & Merchandise every possible way to provide the best service and products. However, due to some unavoidable circumstances, you may cancel your order. 

Return is accepted for the below condition only

1. You received a faulty or defective product (like a damaged or leaked product)
2. If the product delivered by us does not appear to be the exact quantity (size).
3. You received a product that is different from what you ordered
4. You received an altogether different product that actually appeared on the website.

Note:- For a Damaged or stolen product you must provide us the unboxing video of the shipment for your query to be entertained by our customer care, else NO complaint would be entertained. 

Conditions for returning products

• The products must be returned in the original condition they were received in along with any bills, tags, labels etc.
• Products must be in their original form and should not be misused/overused.
• Returned with original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged
• Replacement of a product will be subject to the availability of the product on the website at that time.
• We do not have a pick-up facility for returns and exchanges as per govt. guidelines for all products; customers will have to send us the package for return or exchange.
